Shipping, Delivery & Receiving

Tracking Your Order

Delivery updates will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number provided during checkout.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Authority to Leave (ATL) may be available for selected items and delivery locations. If you would like your order left unattended, please contact us prior to dispatch to confirm whether ATL is available for your shipment. Once ATL has been approved and selected, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Heavy and Bulky Deliveries

For larger or heavy items, customers may be required to provide suitable assistance, equipment, or personnel to safely unload the goods upon arrival.

If a tail-lift service is required, this will be provided.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to kerbside only.
  • Drivers are not responsible for unpacking, positioning, assembling, or installing products.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access is available for delivery vehicles.
  • Additional charges may apply where delivery access restrictions have not been disclosed prior to dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

The first delivery attempt is included with your purchase.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available to receive the goods, re-delivery charges may apply. Any re-delivery fees charged by the carrier will be passed on to the customer.

Outstanding re-delivery fees must be paid before a further delivery attempt can be arranged.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all goods upon delivery.

Any transit damage, shortages, incorrect items, or missing parts must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@cksonline.com.au and including photographs where applicable.

Returns

Warehouse Storage

As all orders are dispatched through our third-party logistics network, customer collection is not available.

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related circumstances and must be held by the carrier, storage, redelivery, and handling fees may apply and will be charged at the carrier's applicable rates.
