How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has been processed.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We deliver to most locations across Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Most products include free shipping to the Greater Melbourne area, as this is where we are based.

In some cases, shipping charges may still apply due to factors such as product size, weight, special freight requirements, or delivery location.

For customers outside Greater Melbourne, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and freight requirements.

If freight charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout or our team will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.

No. Installation must be arranged by the customer using appropriately licensed tradespeople where required.

Does gas equipment need a licensed gas fitter?

Yes. All gas appliances must be installed by a licensed gas fitter in accordance with local regulations.

Does refrigeration equipment require professional installation?

Some commercial refrigeration products may require professional installation. Please refer to the product specifications and user manual.


Warranty & Returns

Do your products come with a warranty?

What is covered under warranty?

What is not covered under warranty?

How do I make a warranty claim?
